Alejandro Caballero
Alejandro Caballero received both his Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Miami in Music Education and Instrumental Performance. Although Mr. Caballero majored in the arts, it was learning the art of discipline and study which has allowed Mr. Caballero to excel in other areas outside of the arts.
Mr. Caballero later began his career as a licensed mortgage professional in 2006 with Cornerstone Mortgage Services, and soon thereafter also assisted in financial counseling and credit services with Cornerstone Financial Counselors, a non-profit financial counseling ministry in South Miami, Fl.
During his time as a financial counselor and a mortgage originator, Mr. Caballero helped to expand Cornerstone Mortgage Services offerings to include commercial mortgages in late 2007.
In that time, Mr. Caballero assisted in the origination of several loans for Commercial mortgages, as well as consulting with other multifamily investors in assisting them to create business plans for their intended investments. Crown Ambassador Investments was started in late 2007 for the purpose of multifamily and mixed use commercial investment, but with the real estate market crash in 2008, Crown Ambassador Investments put a hold on their activities in real estate to see where the markets were headed. Mr. Caballero continued to do mortgages through 2010.
Mr. Caballero, through Crown Ambassador Investments, continued to do business in doing research and assisting in strategic planning for businesses and other non-profit organizations for both new corporate formations, real estate acquisitions and international entities. This included working with The Symphony of the Americas (Dania Beach Florida) in collaboration with the United States Embassy in El Salvador in 2017-18 to create an extensive 5 year plan that included the development of social and educational arts programs, stimulating economic growth through the creation of different retail and service sectors and the renovation and further development of infrastructure. Mr. Caballero is back to fulfil CAI’s original purpose in investing in multifamily real estate, as well as facilitating private loans for incorporated real estate investors nationwide.

Attorney James G. Dodrill started as a solo practitioner in 1993, and specializes in corporate entity formation, securities law and offerings, fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, creation and negotiation of contracts, capital raising and corporate compliance. Member of the Florida Barr Association and the New York Barr Association. He is located in Boca Raton, Fl.

PRESTON
Mr. Preston has been in the world of real estate for the last 15 years. He started as a real estate sales associate in Florida in 2006. Since then he has done both residential and commercial properties, including properties in the multifamily space. Mr. Preston also began to do mortgage financing in 2008 and is currently doing loan origination and real estate sales under United Realty Group. Mr. Preston has also provided consulting services through Atlantic Enterprises including financial education, sales of business, as well as commercial services for real estate and mortgages. Mr. Preston is well suited for locating assets to purchase, as well as assisting in the underwriting and due diligence or real estate and business assets.
